Mosaic Madness

Mosaic Madness is a great new stamp set that coordinates with a new punch called Mosaic and a new Embossing Folder called Modern Mosaic [top of pg 191].  Both of these cards use all three products.  I LOVE when Stampin' Up! comes up with such wonderful coordination.     It is so easy to create great cards and projects with these tools.

The first card, done by Patty Bennett, uses Chalk Talk for the words on her card.  The second card, done by Dannie Graves, uses Really Good Greetings for the words on her card.  Both cards use the new Quatrefancy Specialty Designer Series Paper [pg 150].  If you look closely at Dannie's card, you will notice a see through piece of the Quatrefancy Specialty DSP that is Whisper White quatrefoil designs printed on Window Sheet.  I can  envision lots of fun ways to use this.  Both cards use the stamp set, punch and Embossing Folder.

Need for Speed & Happy Father's Day

This was my card for the June Stamp Camp North at the Westminster Elks Lodge.  It is great for a male birthday or would be wonderful for a Father's Day card.  To make it even more appealing for the gentlemen, it has the Denver Bronco colors with the Tangerine Tango and Not Quite Navy.  The new Midnight Muse would be an even better pick for the Denver Bronco blue color.

For those who still have fathers, please enjoy them and treasure the time you still have with them.  Every moment is so precious.  

For those, who like me, have lost our fathers, please say a prayer for them and remember the wonderful times you did have with them.  I like to think my dad is watching over me and is proud of the person I am.  I was born on my dad's birthday and my twin daughters were born at 11:20 pm and 11:40 pm....the day [or night] before my dad's and my birthday.  That was always special to me.  I was daddies little girl.  I just wish I could have helped him in the end.

Countryside for Jenny :)

On this card, I used all retiring product.  This was my first time to use Countryside.  Why did I wait so long?  Good Question.  Maybe because I buy too many stamps and can't possibly use them all before they retire.  :)  I made this card for my granddaughter, Jenny's birthday.  She loved it.  She's a little bit country at heart.  :)
