This card was made for a Summer Smooches Control Freak swap this month.  It was so nice to get lots of samples of the Bright Blossoms stamp set.  I also love the new Daffodil Delight seam binding.  The Summer Smooches new product will be available for customers to order in April.  The new items are a preview of the new catalog coming out in June.

  1. WOW! I really have got to learn how to do that brayered embossing folder technique. This is amazing. ~chris

  2. Thanks Chris!

When you use the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, you can emboss it and then ink your brayer with white craft ink and then just lightly run the brayer over the already embossed card stock. If you do it this way, you need to set it aside to dry before proceeding with your card...because the craft ink is sitting on the top layer of your card.

With the other embossing folders, you want to ink the side of your embossing folder that is the dominant image. After inking the one side, you will lay your piece of card stock on the other side [uninked side] and then fold your sandwich together and run it through the Big Shot...and Ta Dahhh, you have a piece of card stock that is two toned and embossed.
